For cancellations that are made 72 hours before the departure of the tour, no cancellation charges are applicable.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour departure, 100 per cent charges are applicable.
The money would be paid back to your account once you are eligible for a refund.
The system does not allow cancellation of tickets once the ticket is issued.
Children of all ages are charged adult rates.
All outdoor activities are depends on weather condition and may cancel without prior notice.

For customers who arrive late, there is no refund or rescheduling of tours.
