Camel Riding Timing
So, you are here to enjoy the camel ride through the desert sand dunes in the most regal way. Here are some rules you need to cater to:

The whole activity of camel riding with halts for photo sessions and beverages.
The pickup is from a hotel centrally located in Dubai on a sharing basis.
Private pickup can be done at an additional cost.
The language spoken is English.
The pickup time is between 8.30 to 9.00 A.M or 4.30 to 5.00 P.M.
In case, the tour is booked without the pickup and drop at the hotel, i.e without the transfers you have to confirm the tour location and the timings with the customer support staff.
Important Information
There are some important things to keep in mind before taking part in the tour activities. Here they are:

Guests with backache problems as well as pregnant women are not recommended to take the tour.
You cannot ask for pickup from the airport. You will only be picked up for the tour from your residence or hotel that is centrally located in Dubai.
Pick up from other places, apart from Dubai hotels or residences will be done with additional charges if asked for.
Pick up and drop are available from all central locations in Dubai like Deira, Sheikh Zayed, Bur Dubai to Marina.
You will not be entitled to any entertainment of hard drinks during the month of Ramadan or on dry days.
The pickup and drop from and to the hotel can be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes from the trip schedule. That depends on the traffic conditions and the location of the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is necessary to consider the booking policy before you consider the desert camel ride tour. Go through the following information for a thorough understanding of the same.

Cancellations that are made 12 hours before the commencement of the tour and the departure time and no charges would be applicable.
When you make a cancellation 12 hours within the departure of the tour, you have to pay 100 percent charges.
You will be paid back to your bank account within a week’s time if you are eligible for a refund.
The Ticket Policy states that once the tickets have been issued through the system, there is no cancellation of order anymore.
The Child Policy mentions that children under 3 years can travel free of cost.
Children 3 to 10 years are regarded as children and are charged child rates.
Children above 10 years are regarded as adults and are charged adult rates.
