- Pickup timing from Abu Dhabi is between 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Important Information
- The pick-up time will be as per the Dubai Hotels or Residence timing.
- The timing of pick up / drop off can be scheduled by a few minutes that will depend on the traffic condition of the city or any other impediment.
- Private Pickup option is available on additional charges.
- Heritage Village will remain closed on every Friday
- Airport picks up and drop option not available. Any other area pick up and drop apart from Dubai is available at extra cost
- Guests having the ALHOSN UAE app can directly enter the Park by showing the full vaccination status and a “green pass” status on the app.
- However, guests who don’t have the ALHOSN UAE app can also enter the Park by showing the negative PCR test within the last 14 days.
- Tourist will have to show the Vaccine Certificate
- If the PCR test report issued from Dubai then it will be valid for 30 days in Grand Mosque only.
- Resident must have an Al Hosn Green Pass that is valid for 14 days if you are fully vaccinated and have a negative PCR test. Additionally, it is recommended to wear mask and use sanitizers.
- Tourist must have the vaccine certificate card.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation can be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the tour.
- Cancellation made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
