Important Information

• You are needed to carry a hard copy of the e-ticket received through the mail.
• Transfer options are available for the tour on a private and sharing basis depending on the booking option.
• All pickups would be from the Dubai hotel and residence and not the airport.
• Sharing transfer is available from Bur Dubai, Deira and Sheikh Zayed to Marina.
• Louvre museum will remain closed every Monday.
• Timings would change during the month of Ramzan.
• While entering the Sheikh Zayed Mosque body needs to be covered fully.
• Restrooms are available all through the venue.
• A first-aid room is also available in the Forum.
• Lockers, strollers and wheelchairs were available on extra charge within the main hall.
• The private Pickup option is available at additional charges.
• Pickup from any other places apart from Dubai city like Sharjah will be on additional charges.
• The tourist will have to show the PCR test report (valid for 25 days)
• Tourists will have to show the Vaccine Certificate
• If the PCR test report is issued from Dubai then it will be valid for 30 days in Grand Mosque only.
• Resident must have an Al Hosn Green Pass that is valid for 14 days if you are fully vaccinated and have a negative PCR test. Additionally, it is recommended to wear a mask and use sanitisers.
• Guests having the ALHOSN UAE app can directly enter the Park by showing the full vaccination status and a “green pass” status on the app.
• However, guests who don’t have the ALHOSN UAE app can also enter the Park by showing a negative PCR test within the last 14 days.
