Important Information
- The operational hours are from 11 am to 8 pm, Fridays to Thursdays.
- The pickup is not available from the airport.
- Pickup apart from hotel or residence requires additional charges.
- Sharing facility is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Marina, and Sheikh Zayed.
- Guests need to carry a mobile copy of the tickets downloaded from the website.
- The timing might vary during the holy month of Ramadan.
- The tourist will have to show the PCR test report (valid for 25 days)
- Tourists will have to show the Vaccine Certificate
- In case the PCR test report was issued from Dubai, then validity will be for 30 days in Grand Mosque only.
- Resident must have an Al Hosn Green Pass that is valid for 14 days if you are fully vaccinated and have a negative PCR test. Additionally, it is recommended to wear a mask and use sanitizers.
- Guests having the ALHOSN UAE app can directly enter the Park by showing the full vaccination status and a “green pass” status on the app.
- However, guests who don’t have the ALHOSN UAE app can also enter the Park by showing the negative PCR test within the last 14 days.

Booking Policy
- Bookings cancelled 48 hours before the tour departure would not be chargeable and would be refunded.
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of tour departure would be 100% chargeable
- Kids below 3 years do not require any charge, it is free.
- Kids between 3 to 10 years would be considered as a child and need to pay child rate.
- Kids above 10 years are considered as adults and qualify for the adult rate.
